Guest & Extra Bed Policy
- The guest does not allow to enter the resort if the body temperature is higher than 37.5 Celsius. Strictly No Refund for the package purchased.
- Infant aged 1 and below will be charged at RM30
- Toddler 2 – 3 years old sharing bed with parent charged at RM 80 per infant (2019 – 2020)
- Children aged between 4 to 11 years (BASED ON BIRTH MONTH)(2011 – 2020)
- Each room must be at least 2 Adult
- Single supplement additional charges RM 110 per night ( Base On Twin Sharing Rate )
- The room reservation is confirmed upon issuance of a confirmation email
- Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. 14 DAYS before the departure date is no amendment or cancellation will be ENTERTAINED
- STRICTLY non-refundable and non-transferable for all booking.
- All GUEST are required to provide us with their ( full name, Identity Card number / Passport number ) once the reservation is confirmed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Please be PUNCTUAL for all activities. Any missed activities will not be replaced
- The resort reserves the rights to alter the itineraries, substitute a vehicle or cancel any activities due to unforeseen operational conditions.
- You must be at the Long Beach Jetty ( in front of Redang Beach ) at least 30 minutes before the scheduled ferry departure time.
- No-Show: If you fail to check in on time by the time the Ferry departs, the fare you paid will not be refunded to you for any reason.
- Kindly standby 30 min before snorkelling time at the snorkelling centre.
A collection of scaled-down copies of beautiful mosques from all around the world. We’re not muslim but enjoyed seeing the many influential buildings, especially the Dome of the Rock, which is the only one you can go inside and is beautiful. They were bigger than we thought. We had an enjoyable time and were glad we didn’t pay the extra for the train, as we enjoyed walking around each one, and many up stairs/ ramps that you need to ascend to really appreciate the model. They are quite close together and our party in our 50’s and 70’s managed the walk at a reasonably leisurely pace in less than 2 hours, though if you like to dawdle, you could easily spend 3 or more hours here. We just raced through the museums that are under some of the models, and didn’t watch any of the video displays which they will play if you ask. Hint: if you go during wet season, morning would probably be better- it didn’t rain until we’d finished, but it threatened to do so. At RM20 (adults) and RM15 (seniors) and no locals discount, it was a little more expensive than we’d thought, and we were disappointed that they have put so much effort into making this place and so little effort into maintaining it and keeping it clean. If they don’t improve the maintenance, this place is going to got to pot like so many other Malaysian beauties.
